While we are located and serve the Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania Area, we
also provide service far beyond our geographic location and will make
every effort to accommodate requests for investigations in other areas
and other states when possible. Please feel free to ask us. We are

You will speak with an experienced professional who will assist you with your
questions or to schedule an investigation. We keep everything totally confidential
and treat you with the highest level of respect. If for some reason, we are unable
to give you an immediate answer, our team will research your question or issue
and get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

EPPS has members monitoring our dedicated phone line for many hours
throughout the day and evening however, as there are times we may not be
able to personally take your call due to investigations, late evening hours or
family obligations, you may reach our voice mail. Please do not be
discouraged if this occurs. If you do not reach a live member, feel free to
leave us a voice message with your basic info (Name, phone number,
request or question and best time to return your call) and we will return your
call the same day (in most cases) or at the next available time you provide.
Messages received after 9 PM will be returned the next morning after 10 AM
or during a specified time you request.

Regardless of the time of day or night, our dedicated phone line is always
open and available for our clients. Feel free to call any time. It is always our
pleasure to assist you.
